Privacy policy
Effective and last updated:
Intelligence Sync monitors sources selected by users and turns relevant information into persistent, searchable intelligence for people and agents. This policy describes the Google and YouTube integration and the data it uses.
Data we access and permissions
The integration uses Google/YouTube OAuth and the YouTube Data API v3 with only the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly scope. With your authorization, it can read the playlist and video data needed for your selected sources, including private sources you select and your account is authorized to access. This may include playlist and video identifiers, titles, descriptions, channel information, publication dates, and playlist membership. Access is read-only: through this scope, Intelligence Sync does not publish, edit, delete, or upload content on YouTube.
Why we use this data
We use this data to ingest and monitor your selected sources, track changes, preserve source references, and produce persistent intelligence within Intelligence Sync. Google/YouTube data is not sold and is not used for advertising.
Storage, retention, and credentials
The service stores collected source data, operational ingestion state, and provenance such as source identifiers, links, and collection history to support monitoring and traceability. Data may remain stored between monitoring runs; retention depends on the continuing service purpose, applicable API requirements, and removal requests. This policy does not establish a fixed retention period. OAuth credentials and tokens are private operational material, handled separately from public pages and source code; they must not be exposed publicly. Do not send credentials or tokens in a support request.
Sharing
We share Google/YouTube data only as necessary to operate the infrastructure and provide the service described here, with your consent where required, or to comply with legal obligations. Such sharing must remain consistent with the Google API Services User Data Policy and its Limited Use requirements. This is not permission to use the data for unrelated purposes.
Revoke access and request removal
You can revoke access at any time in your Google Account connections: select Intelligence Sync and remove its access. Revoking authorization stops future access through that authorization; it does not automatically delete data previously stored by Intelligence Sync. For questions or to request removal of data associated with your integration, contact [email protected]. Identify the relevant source or integration without sending secrets. We will address applicable removal requests and explain any limitations required by law or applicable API policies.
Google API policy and Limited Use
Intelligence Sync commits to using and transferring information received from Google APIs in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. This is a commitment governing our use of data, not a claim of Google certification or verification.
Policy updates
Changes to this policy will be reflected on this page with an updated date. If the integration needs a new use of Google/YouTube data or additional permissions, we will disclose that change and obtain consent where required before that use begins. The English version is the canonical policy; the Brazilian Portuguese version is its translation.
